Orders typically require up to 5 business days for processing after we receive items from our manufacturer. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. SteelDojo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. 5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All purchases made through SteelDojo are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives with a defect, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
